Pernod Ricard, a renowned wine and spirits company, approached us to design a limited edition packaging for their iconic vodka brand, Absolut. Our primary goal was to boost the brand’s visibility in stores and increase local consumers’ interest in purchasing Absolut while also setting it apart from its competitors, who often rely solely on pricing campaigns.
To achieve this, our creative team brainstormed and settled on a symbolic Midsummer’s Day theme that holds significance to Estonians. Then, we invited three promising young Estonian visual artists to create playful visual representations of Midsummer’s Day for the Absolut brand.
After careful consideration, Ingmar Järve, a talented street artist with a unique style, emerged as the winner. Combining his expert touch with the perfect layout and Absolut color scheme, we presented a genuinely distinctive packaging design that showcases Estonia’s dynamic contemporary art scene and captures the spirit of Midsummer’s Day.
